It’s hard to believe that our dental practice first opened its doors and began serving Clarksville and Montgomery County residents 20 years ago.

After spending 21 years in the U.S. Army as a dentist, Dr. Emanuel J. Hnarakis, D.D.S, made it his goal to open a private dental practice right here in Clarksville. Since then, 101st Adult Dentistry has established itself as a staple of the community and has become a trusted dental office for many patients in the area.

We’re Still Looking Ahead to the Future

Although we’re proud of our 20-year history in Clarksville and the patients we’ve helped over the years, we know that the dental industry continues to move forward—and that means we must continue to grow, evolve, and adapt to make sure our current and future patients get the best care possible.

To achieve that goal, we regularly attend dental education meetings and conferences every year to stay up to date on the newest techniques, research, and breakthroughs in the industry, and we keep our office stocked with the latest and greatest dental devices and technology.

Providing the Same High-Quality Care and Professionalism for Two Decades

We’ve built a strong reputation as being one of the top adult dentists in Middle Tennessee, and since the day we were founded, we’ve prided ourselves on the services we offer to our patients.

In addition to routine cleanings and examinations, we also offer more specialized services and procedures, including:

Minimal sedation dentistry—We know that dental work can be anxiety-inducing for many patients. This option makes routine cleanings and other procedures much easier for even the most anxious patients to handle.

Teeth whitening and gum reduction—Many patients are self-conscious about the color of their teeth and the visibility of their gums. We offer professional in-house whitening and gum reduction treatments that dramatically improve the appearances of patients’ smiles.

Tooth replacement—Losing a tooth or several teeth can be a distressing experience. We offer several options for replacing lost, broken, chipped, or otherwise unsightly teeth, including crowns and bridges, dentures, implant-supported dentures, and dental implants.
